About Me:

Manny Rodriguez Vega
Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on December 3 of 1967.Start his studies of drawing and painting in 1982. Since 1983 has participated in various collective and individual exhibitions in Puerto Rico, Cuba, Italy and United States. He has exhibited in places like the Art Museum of San German, Museum of the History of Ponce, University of Puerto Rico in Ponce, Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Puerto Rico, Gallery Epifanio Irizarry, Trinity Gallery, Department of Public Instruction San Juan, El Capitolio In Puerto Rico, Centro Cultural de Holguín Cuba. Of the VII Bienal de Arte de Ponce wins First Prize in painting and won Second Place in Art Contest of the Office of Art Culture and Tourism of Peñuelas.
From 1994 to 1997 working as a graphic artist of Serigraph Crafts Workshop at the Centers Tabaiba Sor Isolina Ferre Ponce. Participate in workshops of Land Art in the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, recorded during workshops at the School of Fine Arts in Ponce, and study at the School of Fine Arts in San Juan. Art workshops offered at the Catholic University of Puerto Rico, where he earned a Bachelor of Secondary Education Course in Visual Arts and an MA in Drawing and Painting
